Booking is easy, download the relevant form(s), complete the details and return to me either via email or post.  Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions before returning your completed booking form

Your place will be provisionally held for 7 days pending receipt of the class fee as detailed on the booking form.  (Please note, that cheques aren't cashed until the week before classes commence)
